୨୧ Can I combine multiple orders? / Can I cancel my order or get a refund? / I received my order but it was wrong/missing/defective
Please contact me at [email protected] with your order number. In the case of a wrong, missing, or defective order, please attach a photo as well.
For any orders successfully returned, I can refund the cost of your order minus the shipping cost or send the order out again, but the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping.
୨୧ USPS says my order has arrived, but I haven't received it!
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please contact your local USPS office/post office with your tracking number. Sometimes packages may arrive 1-2 days after it's marked delivered. I recommend shipping to a secure address like a friend or family member's home if theft is an issue.
